About Me

Tablespoon of Salt represents the idea that oopsies are just an inevitable part of life. Instead of dwelling on how things didn’t go quite right, you’ve got embrace your oopsies, laugh it off, and move onto the next adventure. Like….if your boyfriend (now husband) decided to bake you two chocolate cakes from scratch because he knows how much you love chocolate cake, and put in a tablespoon of salt instead of a teaspoon of salt in each cake, you happily cut yourself a piece and eat as much as your taste buds will let you. 🙂

This is a compilation of dishes that I have cooked for other people, whether it be for a special occasion or just because. Some dishes are my own concoctions, others froom cookbooks, and others from fellow bloggers. Here’s to more oopsies!
